M.G. Abutaleb

Abutaleb, a cofounder of UltiSat is a seasoned executive who has been involved in various segments of the telecommunications industry since 1977. During these years, he has participated in and managed the definition, development, and implementation of numerous satellite and wireless communications networks and products. In addition, he has held senior management positions with leaders in the satellite communications and aerospace industries. Abutaleb cofounded Innovative Communications Technologies, Inc. (ICTI) in 1989. As president of ICTI, he managed the systematic and progressive growth of this self-financed start-up,including the sale of ICTI to a publicly traded corporation in 1999. Abutaleb is a coauthor on several patents and holds a MSEE degree, with emphasis in communications and microelectronics.

Mary Ann Elliott is an internationally renowned satellite communications entrepreneur whose home-based consulting business grew into a successful government contractor supporting the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Leveraging her sales experience and knowledge of the commercial satellite industry, Ms Elliott began her journey in the basement of a Maryland townhouse. Within 15 years, Arrowhead Global Solutions Inc. had more than US$100 million in recurring revenue. A recipient of many honors and awards, Ms. Elliott was named one of the 40 most influential people in global defense, aerospace and national security by Defense Daily; one of only two women so honored. She was inducted into the Satellite Hall of Fame in 2007, and received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of North Carolina Pembroke in May 2009. Matthew Swartz
